Sao Mai Agro: From Kon Tum Farms to Global-Standard Fruit Ingredients

By Sao Mai | May 15, 2025 | Categories: Agriculture, Puree, Concentrate

In the red-soil highlands of Kon Tum, Sao Mai Agro is planting more than just trees — we’re building a future. A future where Vietnamese fruit isn’t just exported raw, but transformed into high-value ingredients that meet global standards.

Our focus: two key product lines — fruit puree and fruit concentrate — made from mango, passion fruit, guava, citrus and more, grown right in our own cultivation zone.

Why Kon Tum?

This region offers everything tropical fruit needs to thrive:

  • Cool highland climate
  • Clean water sources
  • Fertile basalt soil
  • Low risk of flooding or salinity

That’s why Sao Mai chose Kon Tum as our strategic raw material zone — where we can control farming practices, ensure traceability, and raise fruit quality from the root.

What We Produce

Fruit Puree

Smooth, thick, 100% fruit — no sugar, no additives.
Perfect for smoothies, bakery, baby food, and natural beverages.

Fruit Concentrate

Juice with water removed, for longer shelf life and stronger flavor.
Ideal for juices, yogurts, sauces, and industrial food use.

Both are made using Italian processing lines, in our certified factory (FSSC, HACCP, ISO).

A Closed-Loop System

We don’t buy random fruit on the open market. We:

  • Grow on our own land in Kon Tum
  • Work directly with farmers under contract farming models
  • Process in-house
  • Export to clients worldwide

This gives us full control — and gives our partners peace of mind.

Built for Global Brands

Sao Mai’s puree and concentrate lines are ready for export to:

  • Europe
  • Japan
  • Middle East
  • North America

We offer bulk packaging, long-term supply plans, and real origin transparency. You know where your fruit came from — and who grew it.

Let’s Build Something Real

If you’re sourcing tropical fruit ingredients, Sao Mai Agro gives you more than just product — we give you connection: to the land, to the grower, and to the future of sustainable food.
